We value your time and ours, and we kindly ask that you respect the following policy: 💎 Deposits * A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. * Deposits go toward your total service cost. * Deposits may be transferred one time if proper notice is given. ⏰ Rescheduling * We require at least 24 GB hours notice to reschedule your appointment. * Appointments rescheduled within the proper notice window may transfer their deposit one time. * Same-day reschedules will result in forfeiture of your deposit. ❌ Cancellations * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in loss of deposit. * Repeated cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. 🚫 No-Show Policy * Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their deposit. * No-shows may be required to pay 100% of the service cost upfront before booking again. ⏳ Late Arrivals * Please arrive on time. * Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may forfeit their deposit. ⸻ We understand that emergencies happen.
